From site assessment to live system
No replatforming. We observe your data before the system is allowed to take any action.
01 · Site assessment (week 0)
We walk the operation with you, identify the bottleneck, document the hardware already in place and map the systems that hold the relevant data. You get a written view of what is possible before anyone writes code.
02 · Integration (weeks 1–3)
We connect cameras, scanners, POS, HR, vehicle or business-management systems. The system starts read-only: it observes and reports, and is not permitted to act until you have seen it behave on real traffic.
03 · Rules and guardrails (week 4)
Access rules, escalation procedures, payroll logic and other operating constraints are defined with your team, then tested against real or historical data so you can see what the system would have done.
04 · Go live and optimise (week 5 onward)
The system takes over the agreed workflow. We review performance with your team and refine detection, routing and reporting as patterns emerge. A first system typically takes approximately four to six weeks.
